By purchasing from EAC you agree to following terms and conditions.


All items sold by EAC are warrantied by the Manufacturer and not by EAC.  Alterations, abuse, racing, and improper installation will void all warranties.  The warranty will not cover any indirect costs such as shipping, labor, loss of use, etc.  Warranties will be at the sole discretion of EAC and the manufacturer.  At time, EAC may have to wait for the manufacturer to determine whether a failure is covered by warranty.

All warranties must be accompanied by an RMA.  You may receive an RMA by contacting us with your invoice number and part number(s).  Any item sent without an RMA will be refused and not be honored.  Warrantied parts will be replaced with the exact replacement.  Refunds will NOT be given for warrantied parts.


There will be no returns on any electronic items.
The item is new in its unopened, undamaged package.
It must have all pieces including instructions.
Special order items are not available for return.

Returns will be accepted with 30 days of purchase if the above conditions are met and at the discretion of EAC.

Refunds are normally issued 5 – 10 days after receipt of the return.  It may take an additional 3 – 5 days before the refund is visible on your credit card.  DO NOT inquire about your refund unless it has been at least 2 weeks since your return arrived.  If you received an email receipt showing your return, contact your bank.  The refund has already been processed by EAC.

How to return:

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA.  You may receive an RMA by contacting us with your invoice number and part number(s).  Any returns without an RMA will be refused and not be honored.  Returns will be subject to a restocking fee. General restocking fees are 15%, but may be more depending on part and/or situation. Damaged parts, packaging, or missing pieces may be subject to much higher fees.  All returns minus shipping.  Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx.  Returns via USPS, regardless of delivery confirmation, will not be guaranteed.  Unfortunately, returns via USPS have proven problematic in the past.

Sometimes orders ship with free or reduced shipping fees.  If your order shipped with free or reduced cost shipping, your refund will be pro-rated to recuperate the out-bound shipping fees.  Refund amount will be at the discretion of EAC.  When returning a part(s) you are accepting these terms.

Canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fees.


99% of orders are shipped the same day if placed by 3pm EST.  Next Day Air is only guaranteed if placed by noon EST.   In most instances we ship Next Day Air for orders placed up until 6pm EST.  Certain scenarios require us to limit the guaranteed cut-off at noon (early pick-ups, Hawaii cut-off, large items, etc).  If you have a question as to when your order will ship, please feel free to give us a call.

All packages are shipped with standard UPS/FedEx insurance (~$100).  If you would like your package insured for the full value, please contact us before placing the order.
